Update...

Finished my first shift at the centre. It went well (except when I forgot to check my children's nappies, but I did end up changing a nappy without anyone supervising which was great!). I just have to fill out the paper work and then I'll be doing casual relief.

Now I have to go out again for an appointment! Fun times! And I'm getting my flu shot on Tuesday so that will be fun!

Yesterday was great too. I went out to meet my friend from schol in the city. I drove to the bus stop by myself (second time and it was great!) and then caught a bus into the city. We had at the Central Markets and then walked to the mall. I brought a digital camera (for when I'm overseas, which has WiFi so I can upload pics and videos to Facebook and Youtube, a beanie (for overseas too and now too cause its cold!), another craft book and some jewelry which I will where for my friends 21st next weekend. We had a really awesome time!

Thanks Jen! I had planned to go into the center today to drop off my paperwork and spend a few hours there volunteering, but last night I was really sick with gastro (I couldn't keep anything down). And this morning I don't feel so great!
