In your own space, add something to your fandom’s canon.

Honestly, the thing I would add is something that others have already expressed, but I honestly could believe that if Merlin BBC had continued for another season that Gwen would have been pregnant and had Arthur's baby. I've read fanfic where people have continued on and had Gwen have Arthur's baby and I think it totally works as canon. In all honestly though, there were a lot of great storylines that the writers did not explore in season 5, including the fact that after a few years Gwen and Arthur didn't have any children considering that having an heir is like number one on the list of things a Kind and Queen must do to ensure the throne. Not only for that reason, but seeing as Uther went to Nimeuh to ensure that Igraine would have a son due to the pressure, which would have been the same for Arthur and Gwen. Anyway, I'm now going on a tangent here, so I'll just stop there.

There was a lot of potential in Merlin that never went anywhere and I would also have liked to see that!

I think the whole pregnancy thing should have been addressed. And well, the magic reveal should have happened at the end of season 4 but we won't go there. :(

Oh I absolutely agree about the magical reveal as well. There were several mistakes the producers/writers made with the show.
