Finally in Scotland...

Yay! My UK trip has begun. Arrived yesterday in Edinburgh after a LONG flight! While I didn’t really sleep (I was half sleep/half awake), I was pretty calm and relaxed.

By the time we arrived in the afternoon we didn’t do much, we were very tired and my dad was feeling a bit off, so we ordered room service. Had a burger and chips which were pretty delicious.

Didn’t take many good pictures, but some of the hotel where we are staying:




Today’s plan is to walk around, do some shopping, go to the Harry Potter shop and The Elephant House Pub where JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter.

I know! I’m pretty lucky and extremely happy to be here. The hotel is lovely! Just had a lovely breakfast too.

Well we actually didn’t end up going there anyway because we were tired and went to other places, so it’s good to know I’m not missing much. The gift shop was amazing though. Not cheap but I managed to buy a few Hufflepuff items so I’m really happy :)

So jealous! I was there in April. It was COLD. We went to The Elephant House too... sort of stumbled on it actually. It was pretty cool being there where it all began!

I bet! It was actually quite sunny and not very cool at all while we were there. But it’s definitely cooler in Inverness.
